O governo federal publicou nesta quarta-feira (28) um decreto com regras para o alistamento militar feminino volunt\u00e1rio no Brasil. Agora, \u00e9 permitido que mulheres se voluntariem aos 18 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o foi assinada pelo presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva e pelo ministro da Defesa, Jos\u00e9 M\u00facio, e publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o desta quarta-feira (28).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Atualmente, as For\u00e7as Armadas s\u00f3 recebem mulheres em seus quadros a partir dos cursos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de suboficiais e oficiais. S\u00e3o cargos de n\u00edvel superior, como m\u00e9dicas, engenheiras e coordenadoras de tr\u00e1fego a\u00e9reo. O alistamento aos 18 anos, no entanto, era restrito aos homens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com o decreto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O servi\u00e7o militar feminino ser\u00e1 voltado para mulheres que se alistarem voluntariamente. O alistamento ocorrer\u00e1 de janeiro a junho do ano em que a candidata completar 18 anos, com a designa\u00e7\u00e3o dos munic\u00edpios feita anualmente pelos comandos das For\u00e7as Armadas ao Minist\u00e9rio da Defesa;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A sele\u00e7\u00e3o das volunt\u00e1rias seguir\u00e1 crit\u00e9rios f\u00edsicos, culturais, psicol\u00f3gicos e morais estabelecidos pela lei do servi\u00e7o militar. A incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizada conforme as leis de 1964 e 1980, e o estatuto dos militares, al\u00e9m de considerar a licen\u00e7a para gestantes e adotantes;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mulheres alistadas poder\u00e3o desistir do servi\u00e7o militar inicial at\u00e9 o ato oficial de incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o. Depois, o servi\u00e7o se tornar\u00e1 de cumprimento obrigat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
