Na manh\u00e3 de hoje, 9\/10, a Pol\u00edcia Federal deflagrou a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Caronte com o cumprimento de dois mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em Governador Valares\/MG e um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o em Piedade do Caratinga\/MG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O objetivo \u00e9 elucidar o envolvimento de integrantes de um grupo com a migra\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal de uma brasileira que morreu ap\u00f3s a travessia da fronteira do M\u00e9xico com os EUA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontaram que a brasileira se sentiu mal antes de chegar nas proximidades da fronteira norte-americana e foi desencorajada a procurar atendimento m\u00e9dico pelas pessoas envolvidas em sua migra\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal, vindo a falecer em San Diego, na Calif\u00f3rnia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As buscas realizadas hoje visam identificar os integrantes do grupo que promoveu a migra\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal da brasileira e verificar se existem evid\u00eancias de que houve omiss\u00e3o de socorro na morte dela, o que pode ensejar em indiciamento dos envolvidos por homic\u00eddio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A pena para quem promove a migra\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal varia de 2 a 5 anos de reclus\u00e3o e multa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
