A Pol\u00edcia Federal deflagrou, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (26) em\u00a0Tarumirim<\/a>\u00a0a\u00a0Opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cGimnasio\u201d\u00a0em combate o crime de migra\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal. Est\u00e3o sendo cumpridos na cidade tr\u00eas mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o expedidos pela 1\u00aa Vara da Justi\u00e7a Federal de\u00a0Governador Valadares<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al\u00e9m disso, foi determinado o\u00a0bloqueio de cerca de 250 mil reais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo a PF, os investigados s\u00e3o suspeitos de promover a emigra\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal de brasileiros para os Estados Unidos, com o objetivo de obter vantagem econ\u00f4mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0revelou que mais de 36 pessoas, incluindo menores de idade, emigraram ilegalmente, atravessando a fronteira mexicana e expondo-se aos perigos do deserto e \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es de criminosos que os transportaram at\u00e9 o solo norte-americano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os envolvidos responder\u00e3o pelos crimes de promo\u00e7\u00e3o de migra\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal, incluindo a de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes, e, se condenados,\u00a0<\/strong>poder\u00e3o cumprir penas de at\u00e9 10 anos de reclus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
