O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) determinou, nesta segunda-feira (12), a suspens\u00e3o do passaporte diplom\u00e1tico do ex-presidente Fernando Collor de Melo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No in\u00edcio do m\u00eas, Moraes concedeu pris\u00e3o domiciliar ao ex-presidente . Ele foi condenado a 8 anos e 10 meses por corrup\u00e7\u00e3o e outros crimes investigados na opera\u00e7\u00e3o Lava Jato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al\u00e9m da pris\u00e3o domiciliar, Moraes determinou que o ex-presidente ter\u00e1 que cumprir as seguintes medidas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Uso de tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica, a ser imediatamente instalada como condi\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00edda do preso das depend\u00eancias da unidade prisional. .A Secretaria de Estado de Ressocializa\u00e7\u00e3o e Inclus\u00e3o Social de Alagoas dever\u00e1 fornecer informa\u00e7\u00f5es semanais, por parte da central de monitoramento, mediante relat\u00f3rio circunstanciado, de todos os dados pertinentes \u00e0 referida monitora\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Suspens\u00e3o do passaporte, proibindo-se, ainda, a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de novo documento;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
