A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais cumpriu, na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (2), um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra um homem de 29 anos investigado por uma dupla tentativa de homic\u00eddio ocorrida em Coronel Fabriciano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o crime aconteceu no dia 21 de mar\u00e7o deste ano, no bairro Santa Rita. Inconformado com o fim de um relacionamento, o suspeito teria ido at\u00e9 o local onde estavam sua ex-companheira e o atual namorado dela e efetuado diversos disparos de arma de fogo contra o casal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Uma das v\u00edtimas foi atingida na perna e precisou de atendimento m\u00e9dico. A outra conseguiu fugir sem ferimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, depoimentos de v\u00edtimas e testemunhas, al\u00e9m de outros elementos reunidos durante a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, apontam que o suspeito n\u00e3o aceitava o t\u00e9rmino do relacionamento e vinha adotando comportamento agressivo e intimidador contra a ex-companheira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Os investigadores conclu\u00edram que houve inten\u00e7\u00e3o de matar, sendo que o resultado n\u00e3o foi consumado por circunst\u00e2ncias alheias \u00e0 vontade do autor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante o cumprimento dos mandados de pris\u00e3o e de busca e apreens\u00e3o, os policiais localizaram dez muni\u00e7\u00f5es intactas de calibre .32 na resid\u00eancia do investigado. Por esse motivo, ele tamb\u00e9m foi autuado em flagrante por posse ilegal de muni\u00e7\u00e3o de uso permitido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al\u00e9m das muni\u00e7\u00f5es, foram apreendidos aparelhos celulares e uma motocicleta que teria sido utilizada no crime. Os materiais passar\u00e3o por per\u00edcia para auxiliar no andamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
