O presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva sancionou nesta sexta-feira (5) a lei que permite a renova\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica da Carteira Nacional de Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o (CNH) para bons condutores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A medida autoriza a renova\u00e7\u00e3o sem custos para motoristas que n\u00e3o cometeram infra\u00e7\u00f5es de tr\u00e2nsito sujeitas \u00e0 pontua\u00e7\u00e3o nos \u00faltimos 12 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A san\u00e7\u00e3o presidencial ocorreu ap\u00f3s o Senado aprovar a Medida Provis\u00f3ria (MP) 1327\/25), criada em dezembro do ano passado pelo governo federal beneficiar os condutores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acordo com o Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto, cerca de 2 milh\u00f5es de motoristas j\u00e1 foram beneficiados com a renova\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com a Secretaria Nacional de Tr\u00e2nsito (Senatran), a renova\u00e7\u00e3o gratuita j\u00e1 fez a popula\u00e7\u00e3o economizar R$ 854,8 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25aa\ufe0fExames: Os exames de aptid\u00e3o f\u00edsica e mental continuam obrigat\u00f3rios. Os procedimentos s\u00f3 poder\u00e3o ser feitos por m\u00e9dicos e psic\u00f3logos especialistas em medicina do tr\u00e1fego e em psicologia do tr\u00e2nsito.
\u25aa\ufe0fCustos: A lei tabelou os pre\u00e7os dos exames, que dever\u00e3o ser fixados pelo Conselho Nacional de Tr\u00e2nsito (Contran). Al\u00e9m disso, ficou institu\u00eddo o reajuste anual dos pre\u00e7os dos exames pelo \u00cdndice de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor (IPCA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
