A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG), por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Inhapim, deflagrou na \u00faltima segunda-feira (22) a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Stelios, com o objetivo de cumprir mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o e de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra um casal investigado por estelionato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, uma mulher de 36 anos, com antecedentes relacionados ao crime de estelionato, teria se aproximado da v\u00edtima, uma mulher de 46 anos, construindo uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o de confian\u00e7a ao longo do tempo. De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, a suspeita alegava receber orienta\u00e7\u00f5es de uma suposta entidade espiritual chamada \u201cDona Divina\u201d, que prometia cura de doen\u00e7as, prote\u00e7\u00e3o familiar e solu\u00e7\u00e3o para problemas pessoais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Utilizando esse artif\u00edcio, a investigada teria convencido a v\u00edtima a realizar diversas transfer\u00eancias banc\u00e1rias, contrair empr\u00e9stimos e adquirir bens para beneficiar o casal. O preju\u00edzo estimado pode chegar a R$ 1 milh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ainda conforme a pol\u00edcia, a v\u00edtima adquiriu ve\u00edculos, celulares, joias, m\u00f3veis e eletrodom\u00e9sticos, al\u00e9m de efetuar pagamentos e empr\u00e9stimos em favor dos suspeitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante as dilig\u00eancias, foram cumpridos mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, mas os investigados n\u00e3o foram localizados. Ambos seguem foragidos e s\u00e3o considerados procurados pela Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Pol\u00edcia Civil informou que as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es continuam para localizar os suspeitos, identificar o patrim\u00f4nio adquirido com recursos supostamente oriundos da fraude e concluir o inqu\u00e9rito policial, que dever\u00e1 ser encaminhado ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio nos pr\u00f3ximos dias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
