A Pol\u00edcia Federal deflagrou, na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (16), a segunda fase da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Sanitas, que investiga a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal de medicamentos de origem estrangeira sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o sanit\u00e1ria. Foram cumpridos 11 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em Belo Horizonte, Ipatinga, Coronel Fabriciano, Santana do Para\u00edso e tamb\u00e9m em Caratinga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo a PF, o avan\u00e7o das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es revelou a poss\u00edvel atua\u00e7\u00e3o de novos grupos envolvidos na importa\u00e7\u00e3o clandestina, armazenamento, fracionamento, divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e venda de medicamentos injet\u00e1veis utilizados para emagrecimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Entre os produtos investigados est\u00e3o medicamentos contendo tirzepatida, retatrutida e subst\u00e2ncias semelhantes, todos de origem estrangeira e sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o sanit\u00e1ria regular no Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dos 11 mandados cumpridos nesta fase, um foi executado em Caratinga, al\u00e9m de quatro em Coronel Fabriciano, tr\u00eas em Ipatinga, um em Santana do Para\u00edso e dois em Belo Horizonte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A primeira fase da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Sanitas ocorreu em mar\u00e7o deste ano e resultou na pris\u00e3o de dois suspeitos ligados \u00e0 comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal de medicamentos para emagrecimento. Na ocasi\u00e3o, a PF investigava a importa\u00e7\u00e3o e venda do produto “Lipoless”, de origem paraguaia e sem registro na Anvisa.
