O Tribunal do J\u00fari da Comarca de Inhapim condenou, nesta segunda-feira (17), um homem a 22 anos, 3 meses e 22 dias de pris\u00e3o, em regime inicialmente fechado, pelo crime de homic\u00eddio qualificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O julgamento reconheceu as qualificadoras de motivo torpe e recurso que dificultou a defesa da v\u00edtima, mediante emboscada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo a den\u00fancia do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, o crime aconteceu em 25 de abril de 2022, em Dom Cavati. A v\u00edtima, que tinha 26 anos, foi atra\u00edda para uma \u00e1rea de planta\u00e7\u00e3o de eucaliptos, sob o pretexto de usar drogas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ainda conforme a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o, outros envolvidos j\u00e1 aguardavam no local. A v\u00edtima foi atingida por cinco disparos de arma de fogo e morreu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apontou que o homic\u00eddio teria sido motivado por uma d\u00edvida relacionada \u00e0 compra de entorpecentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
