O promotor de Justi\u00e7a informou que a pris\u00e3o preventiva do motociclista envolvido no atropelamento de uma fam\u00edlia em Inhapim foi concedida pela Justi\u00e7a. O acidente aconteceu neste domingo (16), no bairro Santo Ant\u00f4nio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo ele, os ind\u00edcios apontam que o condutor estaria em alta velocidade e sob efeito de \u00e1lcool quando atingiu uma m\u00e3e, um pai e duas crian\u00e7as, incluindo um beb\u00ea. As crian\u00e7as ficaram feridas e, conforme o promotor, houve grande risco de morte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico pretende apresentar den\u00fancia por tentativa de homic\u00eddio, com a possibilidade de o caso ser levado a julgamento pelo Tribunal do J\u00fari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O promotor tamb\u00e9m destacou que o objetivo \u00e9 combater a pr\u00e1tica de condu\u00e7\u00e3o perigosa, embriaguez ao volante e outras atitudes que colocam vidas em risco, refor\u00e7ando que casos graves de viol\u00eancia no tr\u00e2nsito devem resultar em responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e, quando cab\u00edvel, pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
