A apreens\u00e3o ocorreu durante uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta das pol\u00edcias Militar de Minas Gerais e Civil do Rio de Janeiro, que cumpriram um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O adolescente \u00e9 investigado por ato infracional an\u00e1logo \u00e0 tentativa de homic\u00eddio, ocorrido em 4 de setembro, em Rio das Pedras, na Zona Oeste do Rio. Segundo a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, ele teria admitido participa\u00e7\u00e3o no crime e relatado envolvimento com um grupo miliciano da regi\u00e3o. A informa\u00e7\u00e3o ainda \u00e9 apurada pela Pol\u00edcia Civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A v\u00edtima foi atingida na cabe\u00e7a, mas conseguiu pedir ajuda e foi socorrida. Segundo a fam\u00edlia, ela passou por cirurgia para retirada do proj\u00e9til e seu estado de sa\u00fade era considerado est\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
