Na tarde da \u00faltima segunda-feira, 05 de agosto de 2024, um homem foi multado em R$ 30.463,86 por manter p\u00e1ssaros em cativeiro em Tombos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com a ocorr\u00eancia, a Pol\u00edcia Militar do Meio Ambiente (PMMA) recebeu uma den\u00fancia an\u00f4nima relatando que o suspeito, dono de uma fazenda na cidade, estava realizando tr\u00e1fico de animais silvestres e mantinha diversos p\u00e1ssaros em cativeiro, prontos para serem <\/a>comercializados em munic\u00edpios do Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es, as equipes foram ao local para realizar a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. Na fazenda, foram localizados sete p\u00e1ssaros em gaiolas separadas e nove coleiros em apenas uma gaiola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A PMMA informou que, devido \u00e0 emerg\u00eancia zoossanit\u00e1ria ainda estar em vigor, os p\u00e1ssaros foram deixados com o autor como deposit\u00e1rio fiel, “sendo cientificado que poder\u00e1 ter que entregar as aves assim que requisitado pelo poder judici\u00e1rio ou \u00f3rg\u00e3os ambientais.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
