A Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (Anvisa) decidiu, nesta segunda (26), recolher e proibir a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de dois produtos aliment\u00edcios, um picol\u00e9 e um suplemento, por conterem ingredientes que n\u00e3o passaram por avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O Picol\u00e9 Bent\u00f4 Gelatos Magn\u00e9sio + Inositol Relief 3.0., fabricado pela empresa ABB Gelateria Ltda, est\u00e1 proibido porque ingredientes do produto, a melatonina e o inositol, foram autorizados apenas para uso em suplementos alimentares e em composto l\u00edquido pronto para consumo (inositol).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Anvisa determinou ainda o recolhimento do produto Body Strong Proetein, sabor cacau, da marca Equaliv. fabricado pela Althaia S.A Ind\u00fastria Farmac\u00eautica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O suplemento alimentar cont\u00e9m peptistrong, que \u00e9 uma prote\u00edna de fava hidrolisada, ingrediente que n\u00e3o passou, segundo a Anvisa, por avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a para uso em alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Na decis\u00e3o, a Anvisa explica que houve publicidade irregular com a veicula\u00e7\u00e3o de alega\u00e7\u00f5es terap\u00eauticas de “preven\u00e7\u00e3o de sarcopenia” e “suporte nutricional para preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da massa magra em pessoas que usam canetas emagrecedora (GLP-1)”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como n\u00e3o houve aus\u00eancia de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o sanit\u00e1ria, a Anvisa suspendeu tamb\u00e9m a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, a venda, a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, a propaganda e o uso do produto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
