No entanto, observando desastres naturais que afetaram outros pa\u00edses, como o furac\u00e3o Katrina que devastou Nova Orleans em 2005, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel prever algumas das consequ\u00eancias das cheias &#8211; em especial no mercado automotivo, no qual a desconfian\u00e7a sobre carros emplacados no estado pode durar anos.<br><br>Estimativas apontam que cerca de 200 mil carros foram atingidos pelas enchentes no Rio Grande do Sul. Embora esses ve\u00edculos representem apenas 4% da frota do estado, eles podem manchar a reputa\u00e7\u00e3o de gera\u00e7\u00f5es de autom\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Ve\u00edculos atingidos por enchentes s\u00e3o vistos como problem\u00e1ticos devido ao potencial de danos ocultos. A \u00e1gua pode causar corros\u00e3o, problemas el\u00e9tricos e danos estruturais que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o imediatamente vis\u00edveis.
