Os indiciamentos s\u00e3o por associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, <a><\/a>peculato e corrup\u00e7\u00e3o passiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOs dados fiscais tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o deixam d\u00favidas no que concerne ao exaurimento do crime de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o passiva.
