A pedido do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais (MPMG), a Justi\u00e7a concedeu liminar determinando o pagamento de pens\u00e3o especial a quatro filhos menores de uma mulher v\u00edtima de feminic\u00eddio, crime ocorrido em Dom Cavati, no Vale do Rio Doce. Ela foi morta, em junho deste ano, v\u00edtima de golpes de faca desferidas pelo companheiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conforme alegado pelo <\/a>MPMG, em raz\u00e3o do crime, os filhos menores da v\u00edtima passaram a ficar sob os cuidados da av\u00f3 materna e fazem parte de um grupo familiar carente, sem recursos materiais suficientes para proverem suas necessidades b\u00e1sicas cotidianas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inicialmente, para que eles n\u00e3o vivam em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de extrema pobreza e mis\u00e9ria, a 2\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Inhapim representou ao INSS para a instaura\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimento pr\u00f3prio tendo em vista a an\u00e1lise e concess\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio assistencial, com destina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 av\u00f3 materna, o que n\u00e3o foi atendido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por isso, o MPMG ingressou com Mandado de Seguran\u00e7a contra a gerente da Ag\u00eancia de Previd\u00eancia Social do INSS em Inhapim pleiteando o provimento judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
