Um homem que tentou assassinar a ex-companheira em abril do ano passado no bairro Nossa Senhora Aparecida, em Manhua\u00e7u, foi condenado a 21 anos e nove meses de reclus\u00e3o pelo conselho de senten\u00e7a do Tribunal do J\u00fari da cidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais (MPMG), ele foi denunciado por tentativa de feminic\u00eddio, por motivo f\u00fatil, com emprego de recurso que dificultou a defesa da <\/a>mulher e por raz\u00f5es de a v\u00edtima ser do sexo feminino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ao analisar o caso, os jurados tamb\u00e9m reconheceram a majorante de o homem ter praticado o crime em descumprimento das medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia consistente em se aproximar da ex-companheira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em seguida, mulher recebeu atendimento m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na den\u00fancia, o MPMG, informa que o homem atentou contra a ex-companheira por motivo torpe, em raz\u00e3o da n\u00e3o aceita\u00e7\u00e3o do fim do relacionamento com a v\u00edtima, \u201ctendo sua conduta sido movida por extremo sentimento de posse que nutria por ela\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ainda de acordo com o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, o homem \u201cpraticou o delito por raz\u00f5es de sexo feminino, evidenciadas pelo contexto de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar contra a mulher, pois havia convivido com a v\u00edtima em uni\u00e3o est\u00e1vel, e n\u00e3o aceitava o fim do relacionamento\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
