A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o revelou um cofre com R$ 150 mil em sua empresa, que a pol\u00edcia considera um ind\u00edcio de lavagem de dinheiro, <a><\/a>enquanto a defesa argumenta que o valor era destinado ao pagamento de fornecedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, foram descobertas 18 notas fiscais sequenciais emitidas por outra empresa de Gusttavo, totalizando mais de R$ 8 milh\u00f5es, levantando mais suspeitas de lavagem, j\u00e1 que essas notas estavam relacionadas a um cliente tamb\u00e9m investigado. A defesa afirma que os valores foram corretamente declarados e os impostos pagos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m se concentrou na venda irregular de um avi\u00e3o da Balada Eventos, que foi vendido duas vezes para empres\u00e1rios ligados ao jogo do bicho. A primeira venda foi realizada por US$ 6 milh\u00f5es e a segunda por R$ 33 milh\u00f5es, sem comprova\u00e7\u00f5es de reparos necess\u00e1rios, o que levantou d\u00favidas sobre a legalidade das transa\u00e7\u00f5es. A defesa sustenta que os contratos foram feitos de forma regular e que as transa\u00e7\u00f5es foram registradas de maneira transparente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gusttavo se tornou s\u00f3cio da empresa de apostas Vai de Bet, um dos alvos da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o que gerou suspeitas sobre sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o oculta na empresa. Durante uma viagem \u00e0 Gr\u00e9cia, onde comemorou seu anivers\u00e1rio, ele foi intimado a depor. Ap\u00f3s a decreta\u00e7\u00e3o de sua pris\u00e3o em 16 de setembro, a decis\u00e3o foi revogada em menos de 24 horas.
