A legisla\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral disp\u00f5e de uma s\u00e9rie de regras para garantir que esse processo seja feito da forma mais correta e segura poss\u00edvel, e um ponto chama aten\u00e7\u00e3o da justi\u00e7a: a compra de votos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Definida pela lei 9504, de 1997, que traz o regramento geral das elei\u00e7\u00f5es no <a><\/a>Brasil, a compra de voto pode se dar por a\u00e7\u00e3o ativa do candidato, mas tamb\u00e9m por oferta do eleitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 proibido qualquer ato que vise \u201cdar, oferecer, prometer, solicitar ou receber, para si ou para outrem, dinheiro, d\u00e1diva ou qualquer outra vantagem, para obter ou dar voto e para conseguir ou prometer absten\u00e7\u00e3o, ainda que a oferta n\u00e3o seja aceita\u201d.
