Cinco desembargadores do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Mato Grosso do Sul (TJ-MS), incluindo o presidente S\u00e9rgio Fernandes Martins, foram afastados de seus cargos nesta quinta-feira (24) por suspeita de envolvimento em um esquema de venda de senten\u00e7as. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o, denominada “Ultima Ratio”, foi conduzida pelo Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ) e resultou na emiss\u00e3o de 44 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o contra advogados, empres\u00e1rios e servidores p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, que durou tr\u00eas anos, apura crimes como corrup\u00e7\u00e3o, lavagem de dinheiro, extors\u00e3o, falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos e forma\u00e7\u00e3o de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa. Os desembargadores afastados usar\u00e3o tornozeleiras eletr\u00f4nicas e est\u00e3o proibidos de entrar em pr\u00e9dios p\u00fablicos ou contatar outros envolvidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al\u00e9m dos desembargadores, o conselheiro do Tribunal de Contas do Estado e seu sobrinho, servidor do TJ-MS, tamb\u00e9m foram afastados.
