A proposta de Emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o (PEC) que visa o fim da escala 6×1 j\u00e1 ultrapassou o n\u00famero m\u00ednimo de assinaturas necess\u00e1rias para tramitar na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com 194 parlamentares assinando a proposta, a PEC, que foi apresentada pela deputada \u00c9rika Hilton (PSOL-SP), agora pode seguir seu curso legislativo. O n\u00famero m\u00ednimo de 171 assinaturas foi alcan\u00e7ado, permitindo que <\/a>a proposta comece a ser debatida nas comiss\u00f5es da Casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A PEC tem como objetivo abolir a jornada de trabalho em que o empregado trabalha por seis dias consecutivos e folga no s\u00e9timo, uma pr\u00e1tica que, segundo a deputada, afeta a sa\u00fade mental dos trabalhadores. A proposta tem sido amplamente apoiada pela bancada de esquerda, mas enfrenta resist\u00eancia da direita.
