Convidados souberam da morte de Marly Ferreira Paes, de 63 anos, quando chegavam para a festa de anivers\u00e1rio dela neste domingo (17), num condom\u00ednio na Barra da Tijuca, Zona Oeste do Rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Raphael Paes Castro, de 34 anos, foi preso em flagrante suspeito de assassinar a m\u00e3e dentro de casa. Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, ele tem diagn\u00f3stico de bipolaridade e tomava pelo menos tr\u00eas medica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A <\/a>pol\u00edcia acredita que o filho tenha agredido a m\u00e3e at\u00e9 a morte quando estava em surto. Um exame de sanidade mental ser\u00e1 solicitado. Segundo agentes que acompanharam a pris\u00e3o, ele deixou a delegacia falando frases desconexas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O crime \u00e9 investigado como feminic\u00eddio e aconteceu na madrugada de domingo, no 7\u00b0 andar do pr\u00e9dio. Vizinhos chegaram a ouvir gritos de socorro por volta das 4h e chamaram a pol\u00edcia. Quando os agentes chegaram, Raphael atendeu a porta e n\u00e3o soube explicar o que tinha acontecido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marly havia planejado um churrasco no domingo para comemorar seu anivers\u00e1rio. O corpo dela foi encontrado dentro do apartamento e encaminhado ao Instituto M\u00e9dico Legal (IML).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
