No despacho, a ju\u00edza afirmou que a 12\u00aa Vara Criminal tem compet\u00eancia para julgar os elementos do inqu\u00e9rito. J\u00e1 o MP havia sugerido que a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o fosse transferida para a comarca de Campina Grande, na Para\u00edba, onde est\u00e1 a sede da Vai de Bet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
