Uma mulher, de 23 anos, foi presa em flagrante pelos crimes de maus-tratos, abandono material e apropria\u00e7\u00e3o ind\u00e9bita contra as filhas, de 6 e 8 anos, em Governador Valadares, nessa quinta-feira (28).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, uma das crian\u00e7as \u00e9 portadora de defici\u00eancia cerebral e les\u00f5es sugestivas de infec\u00e7\u00e3o perinatal, sendo assistida pelo Benef\u00edcio de Presta\u00e7\u00e3o Continuada (BPC). Os valores mensais do programa assistencial n\u00e3o estavam sendo empregados da forma correta pela investigada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Civil tamb\u00e9m teve acesso a registros e depoimentos que comprovam a omiss\u00e3o da suspeita em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos cuidados b\u00e1sicos com as filhas, o que gerou notifica\u00e7\u00e3o formal pelo Conselho Tutelar por, no m\u00ednimo, cinco vezes desde 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Diante dos fatos, a m\u00e3e foi autuada e encaminhada ao sistema prisional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A PC informou tamb\u00e9m que as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es prosseguem para apurar, ainda, poss\u00edvel crime de abandono intelectual em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 outra crian\u00e7a, por a m\u00e3e n\u00e3o acompanhar a assiduidade da filha na escola, al\u00e9m da informa\u00e7\u00e3o de que ela deixava as meninas com o bisav\u00f4 em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de risco e vulnerabilidade.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
