Em depoimento colhido sob o rito especial, a crian\u00e7a relatou como o abuso teria ocorrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O <a><\/a>fato chegou \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Civil, depois que a m\u00e3e notou uma mudan\u00e7a de comportamento na filha. Ela a indagou sobre o que teria ocorrido, tendo esta narrado toda a din\u00e2mica da a\u00e7\u00e3o do criminoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A fam\u00edlia prestou depoimento na Delegacia, assim como o investigado, que negou todo o ocorrido.
