O novo valor representar\u00e1 um aumento de R$ 103 em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao atual piso nacional, de R$ 1.412. O c\u00e1lculo \u00e9 baseado no \u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor (INPC) acumulado nos \u00faltimos 12 meses, que fechou em 4,84%, somado \u00e0 varia\u00e7\u00e3o do Produto Interno Bruto (PIB) de dois anos antes, estipulada em 3,2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Apesar de a soma indicar um poss\u00edvel reajuste de 8,04% e um sal\u00e1rio de R$ 1.526, a proposta do governo federal estabelece um limite baseado no arcabou\u00e7o fiscal, restringindo o crescimento real do sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo. Segundo o Minist\u00e9rio da Fazenda, o ajuste ficar\u00e1 entre 0,6% e 2,5% acima da infla\u00e7\u00e3o, dependendo das receitas p\u00fablicas do ano anterior. Assim, o sal\u00e1rio ser\u00e1 fixado em R$ 1.515 caso o Congresso Nacional aprove a medida at\u00e9 o final de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al\u00e9m de influenciar diretamente o rendimento de mais de 60 milh\u00f5es de brasileiros, o sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo impacta benef\u00edcios como aposentadorias, pens\u00f5es, seguro-desemprego e o Benef\u00edcio de Presta\u00e7\u00e3o Continuada (BPC). Por isso, a discuss\u00e3o em torno do reajuste \u00e9 estrat\u00e9gica para a economia e para as contas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Em nota, o governo esclarece que a pol\u00edtica atual mant\u00e9m a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do piso, mas ajustada aos limites fiscais. “Se o crescimento do PIB de dois anos anteriores for superior a 2,5%, o sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo crescer\u00e1 at\u00e9 este teto”, afirma o comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nos \u00faltimos anos, os reajustes acompanharam a infla\u00e7\u00e3o e, em alguns momentos, garantiram aumentos reais. Desde 2016, o percentual variou entre 1,8% e 11,6%. Contudo, o Departamento Intersindical de Estat\u00edstica e Estudos Socioecon\u00f4micos (Dieese) aponta que o valor atual est\u00e1 longe de atender \u00e0s necessidades b\u00e1sicas de uma fam\u00edlia, que deveriam ser supridas por um m\u00ednimo ideal de R$ 6.959,31 em novembro de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Com o reajuste para 2025, o governo busca equilibrar a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo com a sustentabilidade fiscal, um desafio central para as pol\u00edticas sociais e econ\u00f4micas do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
