O novo texto prop\u00f5e que im\u00f3veis de pessoas f\u00edsicas com arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o anual abaixo de R$ 240 mil n\u00e3o sejam tributados, al\u00e9m de dois redutores: um social, aplic\u00e1vel a im\u00f3veis populares e alugu\u00e9is residenciais, e outro que reduz as al\u00edquotas do IBS e CBS. Contudo, representantes do setor alertam que, embora as mudan\u00e7as sejam positivas, ainda h\u00e1 aumento da carga tribut\u00e1ria, o que pode refletir no aumento dos pre\u00e7os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A transi\u00e7\u00e3o para as novas regras come\u00e7ar\u00e1 em 2026, com o regime sendo totalmente implementado em 2033.
