Um homem de 36 anos, com hist\u00f3rico de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica contra sua companheira de 35 anos e familiares, foi preso preventivamente em Ipatinga, no dia 27 de dezembro. A decis\u00e3o foi tomada ap\u00f3s o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Minas Gerais (TJMG) acolher um Recurso em Sentido Estrito e uma a\u00e7\u00e3o cautelar inominada ajuizada pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais (MPMG), visando proteger a integridade f\u00edsica da v\u00edtima, suas filhas e testemunhas envolvidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O homem j\u00e1 possu\u00eda oito registros policiais de agress\u00e3o contra a v\u00edtima. No dia 22 de dezembro, ele havia sido preso em flagrante, mas o magistrado respons\u00e1vel pela audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia entendeu que n\u00e3o havia elementos suficientes para converter o flagrante em pris\u00e3o preventiva, concedendo liberdade provis\u00f3ria mediante fian\u00e7a de R$ 10 mil e medidas cautelares, como recolhimento noturno e proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de mudar de endere\u00e7o sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Inconformado com a decis\u00e3o, o promotor de Justi\u00e7a, Dr. Jonas Junio Linhares Costa Monteiro, interp\u00f4s o recurso e, diante da urg\u00eancia do caso, solicitou uma liminar para a decreta\u00e7\u00e3o imediata da pris\u00e3o preventiva. O TJMG reconheceu a necessidade de preservar a seguran\u00e7a da v\u00edtima e demais envolvidos, determinando a pris\u00e3o no mesmo dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
