Ele foi julgado pelos crimes de homic\u00eddio triplamente qualificado e estupro de Luc\u00e9lia Rodrigues Martins, de 42 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luc\u00e9lia foi vista pela \u00faltima vez no dia 27 de fevereiro de 2023, na zona rural de Santa B\u00e1rbara do Leste, no C\u00f3rrego dos Ferreiras, onde morava. Ela desapareceu ao sair de casa para buscar a filha na escola. Cinco dias depois, seu corpo foi encontrado em um cafezal pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 resid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, Luc\u00e9lia foi estuprada e morta logo em seguida, com golpes de um peda\u00e7o de tronco de \u00e1rvore.
