O crime, cometido em 15 de junho de 2024, em Dom Cavati\/MG, chocou a comunidade local. O acusado, de 29 anos \u00e0 \u00e9poca, desferiu 40 facadas contra sua companheira, em um ataque brutal que ocorreu na presen\u00e7a dos filhos da v\u00edtima, incluindo uma crian\u00e7a de 12 anos que tentou, sem sucesso, salvar a m\u00e3e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais, atrav\u00e9s do Promotor de Justi\u00e7a Jonas Junio Linhares Costa Monteiro, destacou a gravidade da a\u00e7\u00e3o e a import\u00e2ncia da den\u00fancia de casos de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica. O r\u00e9u foi pronunciado e, al\u00e9m de ser julgado por feminic\u00eddio, teve sua pris\u00e3o preventiva mantida, em raz\u00e3o do risco \u00e0 ordem p\u00fablica e da possibilidade de fuga, diante da extrema viol\u00eancia utilizada no crime e a tentativa de evas\u00e3o do acusado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
