O crime ocorreu em 8 de junho do ano passado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o casal vivia junto h\u00e1 quatro meses. No dia do crime, ap\u00f3s uma discuss\u00e3o pela manh\u00e3, o agressor saiu de casa e retornou embriagado. Uma nova discuss\u00e3o come\u00e7ou, e a v\u00edtima tentou impedir que o homem sa\u00edsse novamente, momento em que ele a atacou, provocando sua morte por asfixia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o assassinato, o criminoso revirou os pertences da v\u00edtima em busca de dinheiro e furtou o celular dela. A pol\u00edcia localizou e prendeu o autor horas depois, quando ele confessou o crime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O r\u00e9u foi condenado por feminic\u00eddio, crime praticado contra mulher em contexto de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e com menosprezo \u00e0 condi\u00e7\u00e3o de mulher, qualificado por motivo f\u00fatil e emprego de meio cruel.
