O caso envolve um ataque violento a sua ex-companheira, de <a><\/a>40 anos, ocorrido em Iapu\/MG, no dia 30 de setembro de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O acusado tentou asfixiar a v\u00edtima at\u00e9 a morte, mas o crime n\u00e3o se consumou por circunst\u00e2ncias fora do controle do agressor. A den\u00fancia sublinha que o ataque foi motivado por raz\u00f5es torpes, com o uso de asfixia para dificultar a defesa da v\u00edtima, configurando viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica. Ap\u00f3s o ataque, o acusado roubou o celular da v\u00edtima e desrespeitou repetidamente medidas protetivas estabelecidas pela Justi\u00e7a, o que agrava ainda mais sua conduta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com antecedentes de agress\u00f5es e amea\u00e7as contra a v\u00edtima, o agressor \u00e9 denunciado com base em seu hist\u00f3rico de viol\u00eancia. O MPMG solicita que ele seja pronunciado e submetido ao Tribunal do J\u00fari, al\u00e9m de exigir a condena\u00e7\u00e3o ao pagamento de indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima de R$ 100.000,00 pelos danos morais causados \u00e0 v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O promotor de Justi\u00e7a destaca a import\u00e2ncia desta den\u00fancia no combate \u00e0 impunidade e na busca por justi\u00e7a para as v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica. A a\u00e7\u00e3o visa n\u00e3o apenas punir o agressor, mas tamb\u00e9m enviar uma mensagem clara de que crimes dessa natureza n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o tolerados.
