A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais prendeu, nesta sexta-feira (21), um homem de 58 anos suspeito de cometer um homic\u00eddio em Dom Cavati<\/a>, no Vale do Rio Doce. O suspeito responde pelos crimes de homic\u00eddio qualificado e tentativa de homic\u00eddio qualificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O crime aconteceu no \u00faltimo domingo (16), na regi\u00e3o do C\u00f3rrego Volta Grande. De acordo com a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o homic\u00eddio ocorreu ap\u00f3s um desentendimento em um bar. A v\u00edtima, um homem de 55 anos, estava acompanhado da namorada quando foi alvo de disparos de arma de fogo e morreu no local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A briga come\u00e7ou quando a companheira da v\u00edtima derramou cerveja sobre a esposa do suspeito. O casal foi ent\u00e3o expulso do estabelecimento. Testemunhas relataram que, durante a confus\u00e3o, a v\u00edtima sacou um canivete na tentativa de defender sua namorada, que come\u00e7ou a ser agredida pelo investigado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em resposta, o suspeito sacou uma arma de fogo e disparou contra ambos. O homem foi atingido por seis tiros e morreu no local, enquanto a mulher, de 47 anos, n\u00e3o foi atingida. Ap\u00f3s o crime, o investigado fugiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Pol\u00edcia Civil iniciou as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es em menos de 24 horas ap\u00f3s o crime e representou ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio pela expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva. A decis\u00e3o levou em considera\u00e7\u00e3o a fuga do suspeito e o fato de ele j\u00e1 ter sido indiciado por tentativa de homic\u00eddio em outro caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
