O julgamento pode tornar o ex-presidente r\u00e9u e seguir\u00e1 at\u00e9 quarta-feira (26).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A den\u00fancia da PGR aponta que Bolsonaro e os demais envolvidos faziam parte de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa que tentou subverter a ordem democr\u00e1tica e anular as elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2022. Se a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o for aceita, ser\u00e1 instaurada uma a\u00e7\u00e3o penal com coleta de provas e depoimentos antes de um novo julgamento que definir\u00e1 culpa ou absolvi\u00e7\u00e3o dos r\u00e9us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m de Bolsonaro, os julgados s\u00e3o: Alexandre Ramagem (ex-diretor da Abin), Almir Garnier Santos (ex-comandante da Marinha), Anderson Torres (ex-ministro da Justi\u00e7a), General Augusto Heleno (ex-GSI), Mauro Cid (ex-ajudante de ordens), Paulo S\u00e9rgio Nogueira (ex-ministro da Defesa) e Walter Braga Netto (ex-ministro da Casa Civil).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os acusados respondem pelos crimes de golpe de Estado, aboli\u00e7\u00e3o violenta do Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa armada, dano qualificado e deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o de patrim\u00f4nio tombado. Caso a den\u00fancia seja rejeitada, o processo ser\u00e1 arquivado.
