O <\/a>Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais, por meio da 2\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Inhapim, solicitou a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o institucional da pris\u00e3o de um homem de 37 anos, natural de Caratinga, ocorrida em uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Pol\u00edcia Militar de Minas Gerais. O acusado foi detido pelos crimes de estelionato e falsidade ideol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com os autos, no dia 25 de agosto de 2023, uma v\u00edtima procurou a unidade da Pol\u00edcia Militar de Inhapim para relatar que havia sido notificada pelo Cart\u00f3rio de Protesto sobre um d\u00e9bito referente ao IPVA de um caminh\u00e3o VW\/8.160 DRC 4X2, placa RFC-0E82, registrado em seu nome. No entanto, a v\u00edtima afirmou jamais ter adquirido o ve\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a v\u00edtima relatou que negociou a compra de uma Chevrolet S-10, mas, mesmo ap\u00f3s realizar o pagamento, nunca recebeu o autom\u00f3vel. Posteriormente, descobriu que a caminhonete havia sido revendida a um terceiro sem sua autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, com uma assinatura falsificada no documento de transfer\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A pris\u00e3o do acusado ocorreu no dia 21 de mar\u00e7o de 2025, na cidade de Nova Lima\/MG. O processo tramita na 1\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel, Criminal e de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais da Comarca de Inhapim\/MG. Caso seja condenado, o r\u00e9u poder\u00e1 cumprir pena de 1 a 5 anos de reclus\u00e3o, al\u00e9m do pagamento de multa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
