Daniel Alves foi preso preventivamente em 20 de janeiro de 2023, ap\u00f3s ser acusado de estuprar uma jovem de 22 anos em uma boate de luxo em Barcelona, no dia 30 de dezembro de 2022. A v\u00edtima denunciou o caso \u00e0s autoridades ainda na boate, e exames m\u00e9dicos confirmaram vest\u00edgios biol\u00f3gicos do atleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Em fevereiro de 2024, Alves foi condenado a quatro anos e meio de pris\u00e3o e obrigado a pagar 150 mil euros \u00e0 v\u00edtima.
