<\/a>Um homem, de 51 anos, foi nesta segunda-feira (7) em Jampruca, no Vale do Mucuri, ap\u00f3s manter a pr\u00f3pria fam\u00edlia ref\u00e9m por quatro dias. De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Militar, o acusado, que estava embriagado, amea\u00e7ou a m\u00e3e, a cunhada e o sobrinho com uma foice e foi autuado pela Lei Maria da Penha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os fatos ocorreram na zona rural da cidade, onde a pol\u00edcia foi acionada ap\u00f3s den\u00fancias de que o homem vinha aterrorizando a fam\u00edlia h\u00e1 quatro dias. A cunhada relatou que ele correu atr\u00e1s do sobrinho com uma foice, que por pouco n\u00e3o o atingiu, al\u00e9m de fazer amea\u00e7as de morte contra todos. A m\u00e3e do acusado, de 65 anos, confirmou \u00e0 PM que o filho fica extremamente agressivo quando est\u00e1 sob efeito de \u00e1lcool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O acusado, que mora em Ibirit\u00e9, estava h\u00e1 dois meses na casa dos pais em Jampruca para resolver quest\u00f5es relacionadas a aux\u00edlio-doen\u00e7a. Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o policial, a m\u00e3e, que tem dificuldade de locomo\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o foi levada \u00e0 delegacia. J\u00e1 o sobrinho precisou ficar para procurar o av\u00f4, que tem dist\u00farbios mentais e saiu de casa durante o tumulto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Pol\u00edcia Militar prendeu o homem em flagrante e o encaminhou para a delegacia de Te\u00f3filo Otoni. A foice usada nas amea\u00e7as n\u00e3o foi encontrada.
