Dilig\u00eancias posteriores comprovaram a adultera\u00e7\u00e3o deste, tratando-se de \u201cclone\u201d do ve\u00edculo original da v\u00edtima. A identifica\u00e7\u00e3o correta prov\u00e1vel uma motocicleta produto de furto tamb\u00e9m ocorrido em Minas Gerais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O fato come\u00e7ou a ser investigado em Caratinga em 2024, quando a v\u00edtima procurou o setor depois de receber autua\u00e7\u00f5es de infra\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e2nsito indevidas, de locais por onde a motocicleta dela n\u00e3o circulava. O ve\u00edculo estava registrado em munic\u00edpio da regi\u00e3o de Caratinga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No in\u00edcio deste ano foi constatada a transfer\u00eancia fraudulenta do ve\u00edculo da v\u00edtima para o estado vizinho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O investigado que comprou e registrou a motocicleta no Esp\u00edrito Santo relatou ter feito a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o a partir de um an\u00fancio na internet.
