\u201cAl\u00e9m de ser uma profunda contradi\u00e7\u00e3o apoiar o projeto sendo da base do governo, trata-se de uma grave afronta ao Judici\u00e1rio e \u00e0 pr\u00f3pria democracia\u201d, afirmou a ministra. Segundo ela, embora o governo n\u00e3o esteja promovendo uma retalia\u00e7\u00e3o, est\u00e1 \u201cmostrando a gravidade pol\u00edtica, jur\u00eddica e institucional que significa apoiar este projeto\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A proposta ganhou for\u00e7a ap\u00f3s o l\u00edder do PL na C\u00e2mara, deputado S\u00f3stenes Cavalcante (RJ), protocolar um requerimento de urg\u00eancia. O que causou pol\u00eamica foi o fato de mais da metade das assinaturas necess\u00e1rias virem de partidos que integram a base do governo, inclusive com minist\u00e9rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Para Gleisi, o PL visa \u201cgarantir a impunidade de Bolsonaro e de quem mais tentou derrubar este governo, inclusive matar o presidente Lula\u201d. A ministra ressalta que \u201curg\u00eancia deve ser para projetos que beneficiem o povo brasileiro, n\u00e3o para proporcionar golpe continuado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre em meio a um impasse pol\u00edtico. O presidente da C\u00e2mara, Hugo Motta, afirmou que nenhuma decis\u00e3o deve ser tomada individualmente e que os projetos precisam ser discutidos com os l\u00edderes partid\u00e1rios.
