O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais, por meio da 2\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Inhapim\/MG, solicitou a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o institucional da pris\u00e3o de um homem de 40 anos, ocorrida no dia 16 de abril de 2025, por volta das 18h, no munic\u00edpio de Piedade de Caratinga\/MG. A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada em conjunto com a Pol\u00edcia Militar de Minas Gerais, no \u00e2mbito de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre um homic\u00eddio qualificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O crime aconteceu em 25 de abril de 2022, na cidade de Dom Cavati\/MG. De acordo com as apura\u00e7\u00f5es, a v\u00edtima, de 29 anos \u00e0 \u00e9poca dos fatos, foi assassinada por motivo torpe e mediante emboscada, com uso de arma de fogo. O homic\u00eddio teria sido motivado por uma d\u00edvida relacionada ao tr\u00e1fico de drogas: a v\u00edtima, usu\u00e1ria de entorpecentes, consumiu a subst\u00e2ncia que havia recebido para revenda e n\u00e3o realizou o pagamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dois outros envolvidos no caso j\u00e1 foram condenados pela Justi\u00e7a, com penas que variam entre 19 e quase 26 anos de reclus\u00e3o. O suspeito agora preso \u00e9 o terceiro apontado como participante do crime e responder\u00e1 perante a 1\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel, Criminal e de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais da Comarca de Inhapim\/MG. Caso condenado, poder\u00e1 cumprir pena de 12 a 30 anos de reclus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
