O <\/a>Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais (MPMG), por meio da 2\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Inhapim\/MG, representada pelo Promotor de Justi\u00e7a Jonas Junio Linhares Costa Monteiro, solicita a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o institucional do pronunciamento judicial referente \u00e0 uma senten\u00e7a proferida pela 2\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel, Criminal e da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude da Comarca de Inhapim\/MG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O caso em quest\u00e3o trata de grave acidente ocorrido no dia 17 de maio de 2024, por volta das 12h45, na Rodovia BR-116, Km 505, em Inhapim\/MG. O acusado, 50 anos de idade \u00e0 \u00e9poca dos fatos, dirigia sob efeito de \u00e1lcool, em alta velocidade, e em estado de fadiga, quando invadiu a contram\u00e3o e colidiu frontalmente com uma motocicleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As v\u00edtimas, Iran Garcia Ferreira (22 anos) e Luana Aparecida Machado Rabelo (21 anos, gr\u00e1vida de cinco meses), faleceram no local em raz\u00e3o da colis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os elementos probat\u00f3rios reunidos \u2014 testemunhos, laudos periciais e o teste de alcoolemia, que indicou teor de 1,41 mg\/L \u2014 embasaram a decis\u00e3o de pron\u00fancia do acusado, que agora ser\u00e1 submetido a julgamento perante o Tribunal do J\u00fari. A acusa\u00e7\u00e3o inclui homic\u00eddio qualificado por duas vezes (com dolo eventual), omiss\u00e3o de socorro, e fuga do local do acidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este pronunciamento reflete o compromisso do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico com a justi\u00e7a, a responsabilidade penal e a seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica, destacando o combate \u00e0 impunidade e a prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 vida, especialmente em crimes de tr\u00e2nsito com desfecho tr\u00e1gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
