O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais (2\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Inhapim), sob coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Promotor de Justi\u00e7a Jonas Junio Linhares Costa Monteiro, divulgou oficialmente a pris\u00e3o de um homem de 37 anos, realizada em Ubaporanga\/MG, em a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Pol\u00edcia Militar do Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A deten\u00e7\u00e3o foi resultado de um requerimento ministerial e representa mais um importante avan\u00e7o no combate \u00e0 criminalidade violenta e reincidente na regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A pris\u00e3o preventiva foi decretada pela pr\u00e1tica do crime de tentativa de homic\u00eddio qualificado, motivado por raz\u00f5es torpes e com emprego de recurso que dificultou a defesa da v\u00edtima, tamb\u00e9m de 37 anos. O crime ocorreu no dia 20 de maio de 2025, na Rua Sebasti\u00e3o Marques, no munic\u00edpio de Iapu\/MG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O suspeito possui um hist\u00f3rico criminal grave, com antecedentes por estupro, roubo, resist\u00eancia, al\u00e9m de, ainda neste ano, ter sido apontado como autor de estupro consumado, falsa identidade e porte ilegal de arma branca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A pris\u00e3o foi realizada na tarde do dia 22 de abril, uma quinta-feira, no munic\u00edpio de Ubaporanga\/MG, consolidando uma resposta firme e eficaz das institui\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a e justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico neste caso tem como foco a prote\u00e7\u00e3o da ordem p\u00fablica, a repress\u00e3o \u00e0 reincid\u00eancia criminal e a garantia de que o acusado n\u00e3o pratique novos delitos, tampouco prejudique o andamento regular do processo.
