O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais, por meio da 2\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Inhapim, solicita a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o institucional da pris\u00e3o preventiva de um indiv\u00edduo de 19 anos, realizada em decorr\u00eancia de requerimento do Promotor de Justi\u00e7a Jonas Junio Linhares Costa Monteiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A medida foi decretada pela 1\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel, Criminal e de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais da Comarca de Inhapim\/MG, em raz\u00e3o do descumprimento das condi\u00e7\u00f5es da liberdade provis\u00f3ria anteriormente concedida ao investigado, que \u00e9 acusado da pr\u00e1tica do crime de tr\u00e1fico de drogas. O fato ocorreu em 21 de mar\u00e7o de 2024, na Rua Novo Oriente, no munic\u00edpio de Dom Cavati\/MG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O investigado tamb\u00e9m responde a outro processo relacionado ao tr\u00e1fico de drogas, que tramita na 2\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel, Criminal e da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude da Comarca de Inhapim\/MG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A pris\u00e3o foi realizada na tarde desta segunda-feira, 26 de maio de 2025, em Dom Cavati\/MG, em uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais, sob coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Delegado Dr. Guilherme Lincoln Rocha Pereira e com atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos investigadores Amarildo Ferreira do Amaral e M\u00e1rcio Siqueira Marques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O Promotor de Justi\u00e7a Jonas Junio Linhares Costa Monteiro destacou que a atua\u00e7\u00e3o firme do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico visa proteger a ordem p\u00fablica, impedir a continuidade de pr\u00e1ticas criminosas e reafirmar o compromisso com a seguran\u00e7a da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.
