O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), determinou nesta quarta-feira (4) a pris\u00e3o preventiva da deputada federal Carla Zambelli (PL-SP), atendendo a pedido da Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR). A decis\u00e3o inclui medidas como bloqueio de passaportes, sal\u00e1rios, bens, contas banc\u00e1rias e perfis nas redes sociais. Tamb\u00e9m foi determinada a inclus\u00e3o de seu nome na lista vermelha da Interpol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Moraes afirmou que a parlamentar tenta se furtar \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da lei penal, citando sua viagem ao exterior e a imin\u00eancia do julgamento de recursos contra condena\u00e7\u00e3o anterior. Segundo a assessoria da deputada, ela est\u00e1 na Fl\u00f3rida, nos Estados Unidos, ap\u00f3s deixar o Brasil via Argentina. A deputada alega que buscar\u00e1 tratamento m\u00e9dico e pedir\u00e1 licen\u00e7a do mandato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A decis\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m obriga o presidente da C\u00e2mara, Hugo Motta, a suspender o pagamento de sal\u00e1rios e verbas parlamentares. Zambelli, em nota, classificou a pris\u00e3o como \u201cilegal e autorit\u00e1ria\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A deputada foi condenada h\u00e1 20 dias a 10 anos de pris\u00e3o por invas\u00e3o aos sistemas do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a. A PGR, no pedido mantido sob sigilo, afirmou que a pris\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para garantir a efetividade da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da lei penal. Zambelli tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 r\u00e9 por porte ilegal de arma e alvo de inqu\u00e9ritos sobre fake news e mil\u00edcias digitais.
