O <\/a>Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais (MPMG), por meio da Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da Comarca de Inhapim, representada pelos Promotores Jonas Junio Linhares Costa Monteiro e Igor Heringer Chamon Rodrigues, divulgou a senten\u00e7a proferida em sess\u00e3o do Tribunal do J\u00fari realizada no dia 9 de junho de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na ocasi\u00e3o, foram julgados os acusados pelo homic\u00eddio de um homem de 34 anos, ocorrido em 12 de fevereiro de 2024, no munic\u00edpio de Bugre\/MG. De acordo com a den\u00fancia, o crime foi cometido de forma premeditada, motivado por disputa pelo controle do tr\u00e1fico de drogas na regi\u00e3o. A v\u00edtima, natural de Tim\u00f3teo\/MG, havia se mudado para Bugre buscando escapar de repres\u00e1lias de uma fac\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa do bairro Petr\u00f3polis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante o julgamento, um dos acusados confessou o crime. Com base na confiss\u00e3o e nas provas reunidas, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico sustentou a condena\u00e7\u00e3o, que foi acolhida pelo Conselho de Senten\u00e7a. O r\u00e9u foi condenado a 25 anos de reclus\u00e3o, em regime fechado. A pena teve execu\u00e7\u00e3o imediata, j\u00e1 que ele se encontrava preso preventivamente desde maio de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quanto aos outros dois acusados, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico requereu a absolvi\u00e7\u00e3o por aus\u00eancia de provas quanto \u00e0 autoria, o que foi aceito pelo Conselho de Senten\u00e7a. Ambos foram absolvidos, embora possam continuar presos por envolvimento em outros processos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um quarto denunciado faleceu ap\u00f3s a den\u00fancia e antes da decreta\u00e7\u00e3o de sua pris\u00e3o. Ele teria se deslocado para Caratinga com o objetivo de cometer outro homic\u00eddio, mas foi surpreendido e morto no local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O MPMG informou que as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es continuam para identificar poss\u00edveis mandantes e outros envolvidos. Por fim, reafirma seu compromisso com a justi\u00e7a, buscando a responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de quem comete crimes e a absolvi\u00e7\u00e3o daqueles sem provas suficientes contra si.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
