Um vereador de Manhumirim foi preso preventivamente na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira, 12 de junho. Ele \u00e9 acusado de les\u00e3o corporal e amea\u00e7as, no \u00e2mbito dom\u00e9stico, praticadas contra a filha adolescente. A decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o atendeu a requerimento do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais (MPMG), por meio da Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Combate \u00e0 Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica de Manhumirim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo apurado, a agress\u00e3o contra a filha teria ocorrido no dia 18 de maio. No entanto, conforme relatos de testemunhas, este n\u00e3o seria um epis\u00f3dio isolado, tendo o investigado uma personalidade voltada \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica de agress\u00f5es e imposi\u00e7\u00e3o de temor aos familiares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acordo com o promotor de Justi\u00e7a Guilherme Ferreira Hack, “a pris\u00e3o preventiva foi decretada como garantia da ordem p\u00fablica, para preservar a integridade da v\u00edtima, mas sobretudo por conveni\u00eancia da instru\u00e7\u00e3o criminal, uma vez que o agressor estava amea\u00e7ando familiares e testemunhas, inclusive de morte, a n\u00e3o relatarem os fatos \u00e0s autoridades. Segundo familiares, h\u00e1 anos vem ocorrendo epis\u00f3dios de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica praticada pelo investigado, por\u00e9m, por medo, os envolvidos nunca tiveram coragem de denunciar”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
