O governo federal destinou R\\$ 1,160 milh\u00e3o para a obra, que tamb\u00e9m gera preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais. O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais (MPMG) emitiu duas recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para garantir a prote\u00e7\u00e3o do parque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com cerca de 200 metros, a ponte \u00e9 essencial no acesso ao parque, auxiliando opera\u00e7\u00f5es de resgate e combate a inc\u00eandios. Sua constru\u00e7\u00e3o remonta aos s\u00e9culos XVIII ou XIX e foi reconstru\u00edda na d\u00e9cada de 1930, preservando pilares de concreto, ferro e piso de madeira. O local atrai turistas, mas est\u00e1 interditado desde agosto de 2023, quando um inc\u00eandio destruiu 10 metros da estrutura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O MPMG alerta que a reforma n\u00e3o pode colocar em risco o ecossistema. As promotoras Bruna Bodoni Faccioli e Mariana Cristina Pereira Melo destacam que o Perd, criado em 1944, abriga o maior remanescente de Mata Atl\u00e2ntica em Minas, sendo S\u00edtio Ramsar e n\u00facleo da Reserva da Biosfera, com esp\u00e9cies amea\u00e7adas como on\u00e7a-pintada, sagui-caveirinha e muriqui-do-norte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A primeira recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 ao Instituto Estadual de Florestas (IEF), exigindo uma estrutura de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o na ponte \u2014 guarita, posto ou monitoramento eletr\u00f4nico \u2014, para controlar o acesso de ve\u00edculos e pessoas, conforme o Plano de Manejo do Perd. O IEF tem 30 dias para apresentar o cronograma de execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A segunda recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 \u00e0 Prefeitura de Marli\u00e9ria, respons\u00e1vel pela obra.
