A op\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 facultativa. O cliente, ao depositar dinheiro nos terminais, pode escolher se receber\u00e1 o comprovante impresso ou pelo WhatsApp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ap\u00f3s fazer o dep\u00f3sito, o cliente dever\u00e1 selecionar a op\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cEnviar por WhatsApp\u201d e, em seguida, escolher o n\u00famero de celular cadastrado no BB para envio do comprovante da opera\u00e7\u00e3o. A mensagem ser\u00e1 enviada ao n\u00famero escolhido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A nova funcionalidade integra a agenda ambiental, social e de governan\u00e7a (ASG) do banco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA iniciativa est\u00e1 alinhada \u00e0s diretrizes sustent\u00e1veis do banco, que busca constantemente solu\u00e7\u00f5es que gerem valor para a sociedade e para o planeta\u201d, informou o BB em nota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo ainda o BB, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica refor\u00e7a a integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre os canais f\u00edsicos e digitais da institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira. Al\u00e9m de fornecer mais comodidade, agilidade e seguran\u00e7a, o envio dos comprovantes pelo aplicativo de mensagens mais usado pelos brasileiros fortalece a inclus\u00e3o digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O principal benef\u00edcio, de acordo com o banco, ser\u00e1 para o meio ambiente. Ao reduzir o consumo de papel, a iniciativa diminui a necessidade de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o de insumos nos terminais e barateia os custos para a institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
