Uma jovem de 18 anos foi presa e sua motocicleta apreendida durante uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Militar no domingo (29), no Bairro Bela Vista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acordo com a PM, a jovem estava exibindo per\u00edcia em manobra de ve\u00edculo automotor, equilibrando-se em apenas uma das rodas, gerando risco para os demais usu\u00e1rios da via. Com base no artigo 308 do C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e2nsito Brasileiro a jovem foi presa em flagrante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Esta pr\u00e1tica tem sido alvo constante de den\u00fancias por parte de moradores da regi\u00e3o, que relatam inc\u00f4modo e riscos \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a devido \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o frequente dessas manobras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A motocicleta apreendida foi encaminhada para o p\u00e1tio credenciado do Detran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
