O crime ocorreu no dia 9 de julho, no distrito de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 do Ac\u00e1cio, em Engenheiro Caldas, cidade da mesma regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo apurado, na manh\u00e3 dos fatos, o investigado conduzia uma motocicleta quando, ao passar por um quebra-molas, deliberadamente empinou o ve\u00edculo, mantendo-se em apenas uma roda. Em raz\u00e3o da manobra perigosa e proibida, o autor perdeu o controle da dire\u00e7\u00e3o, invadiu a contram\u00e3o e atropelou uma mulher de 78 anos, que caminhava pela via p\u00fablica. A v\u00edtima foi socorrida com vida, mas faleceu em decorr\u00eancia de m\u00faltiplas fraturas sofridas no impacto. A din\u00e2mica do crime foi registrada por c\u00e2meras de seguran\u00e7a, comprovando a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da manobra e a colis\u00e3o com a v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pris\u00e3o preventiva foi deferida pelo Ju\u00edzo da Vara \u00danica de Tarumirim, no dia 10 de julho, sob fundamento de que a liberdade do investigado representa risco \u00e0 ordem p\u00fablica, em raz\u00e3o da gravidade da conduta e do desprezo pela vida humana demonstrado. A medida tamb\u00e9m visa garantir a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da lei penal, diante da pena cominada e da repercuss\u00e3o do fato na comunidade local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O requerimento de pris\u00e3o foi feito pela Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Tarumirim, representada pelos promotores de Justi\u00e7a Jonas Junio Linhares Costa Monteiro e Igor Heringer Chamon Rodrigues.
